What is the art of breathing?

The way we breathe affects how we think, how we feel, and how we function, every part of our body and brain follows our breathing rhythms. We can breathe well, in a way that supports our physical and emotional health and wellbeing or we can breathe poorly, in ways that increase stress, inflammation, our susceptibility to disease and the rate at which we age.

The Art of Breathing is a skill that each one of us needs to develop to take back control of our health, our minds, our energy and our lives.
